SHIPPING COSTS

Are applied at checkout.  Free local order pickup.  

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Processing and delivery does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

 Once a purchase has been made on liberatedrootscollection.com, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. An email will also be sent once your order has been shipped.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Please contact sales@liberatedrootscollection.com immediately with any issues or concerns regarding your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns of resale items and new items with tags and/or original packaging and unused must be  requested within 10 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Items may be returned for an exchange or refund.  Sale items and gift certificates are ineligible for return. Personal care and consumable items such as body creams, lotions, oils, candles, food, etc., are also non-returnable.  With the exception of defective items or non-customer order error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from all returns.  

ONLINE PROCESS FOR RETURNS
  1. Email sales@liberatedrootscollection.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to request for return.

  2. Once your return has been approved, place the item(s) in the original shipping box and mail to: 2216 S. Jefferson Ave., St. Louis, Missouri 63104.

  3. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
